How do I return an item?

 
Return Policy:
All items purchased from Eyewear Super Center shall have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receipt or you may return it to us for a refund. 
 
If your product is not as described or we accidentally sent the wrong product, we will be happy to pay the return shipping. If a refund is given, the original shipping fee will be refunded as well.
 
If your product is defective please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions.
 
If you are returning it for any other reason, (It does not fit, wrong color, just don’t like it) return shipping must be prepaid and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. The item(s) must be new (un-used) and include all tags, labels and accessories intact. Please be sure to check the fit, color, etc., before removing tags or labels.
 
All requests for return's must be received within 30 days.
 
Items not included.
Used eyewear, eyewear with missing tags or labels. eyewear with scratches or fingerprints on the lenses or showing any signs of use. If they are not in a condition that you would accept as new, please don't ask us to.
 
Special, clearance, custom orders, sale, or items otherwise marked as non returnable.
 
All returns must be pre-approved by Eyewear Super Center prior to shipping.
The warranty above is in lieu of all others, either express or implied. Including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states have laws that may restrict or prohibit the limitations set forth above and your rights under law may vary according to the laws of your state. Eyewear Super Center and its licensorÂ’s shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Including lost profit, cost of cover, or other special or indirect damages. Your rights may vary under law. The laws of the state of Nevada will govern this warranty. If any provision is found void or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
 
Request A Return Merchandise Authorization:
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number please contact customer service. Please be sure to include the item description, number, purchase date and reason for your request.
 
Please note that RMA numbers cannot be issued via phone support. All returns must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns without the RMA number cannot be accepted and will be returned postage due to the sender. Eyewear Super Center recommends that all returns be shipped insured with delivery confirmation or tracking. Eyewear Super Center is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or return packages otherwise not received.
